Is the right sentence: Ich kann ohne Sich nicht leben. note: maybe it is not a practical example, because you do not suppose to talk like that to a person which you do not know well. (I can't life without you). Ich kann ohne Sich nicht leben makes no sense at all. Sich is a reflexive pronoun for him or her and doesn't fit her.
